What insurance coverage is available?

How quickly can I get a shipping quote?

What payment methods are accepted?
Payment options can be confirmed when your route and transport schedule are finalized. If you need a specific method, ask before booking so it can be approved in advance.
How should I prepare my vehicle for pickup?
The vehicle should be clean enough for inspection and able to start, steer, brake, and roll safely unless a different condition is discussed ahead of time. Keep the fuel level low, usually around a quarter tank.
Can personal items be left inside the vehicle?
Personal belongings should generally be removed before transport. Federal rules and carrier insurance can limit what may travel inside a vehicle, so any exception should be approved before pickup.
Where will the vehicle be picked up and delivered?
Pickup and delivery are coordinated as close to door-to-door as safely possible. If a street is too narrow or restricted for a full-size car hauler, a nearby open lot or wide-access location may be used.
Do I need to be present for pickup or delivery?
You or an authorized adult should be available at pickup and delivery. That person helps complete the inspection, confirms the vehicle condition, and signs the transport paperwork.
How long does interstate transport take?
Transit time depends on the route length, weather, traffic, truck access, and seasonal demand. Shorter routes may take only a few days, while cross-country transport can take about a week or more.
How do drivers help prevent damage?
Drivers inspect the vehicle before loading, document visible condition, use proper loading and securement methods, and position vehicles carefully for long-distance travel.
Does AMBJ use terminals?
This site is focused on interstate transport requests. Terminal, storage, or special handling availability should be confirmed directly when arranging the shipment.
Will my car stay on the same carrier?
The goal is to keep the move direct and predictable. Carrier details should be confirmed during booking so you know how the vehicle will be transported from pickup to delivery.
Can I receive updates while the vehicle is on the road?
Yes. Status updates can be provided during the trip, especially around pickup confirmation, route progress, and delivery coordination.
